The ASF (Automatic Start Function) is a smart feature that automatically regulates the lighting air through the grate. This allows the door to be closed as soon as the fire is lit, making the stove entirely independent of room air. As a result, there’s no need to leave the door open during startup, enhancing safety and convenience.
The cast iron door is designed to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations, ensuring durability and shape retention.
A cool-touch handle ensures that the opening mechanism remains comfortable to use without becoming hot.
A log compartment beneath the stove provides a practical storage space to keep firewood neatly organized.
The RBF (Refuelling Boost Function) allows you to revive nearly extinguished embers. By simply opening the handle on the left, fresh oxygen flows in from below, reigniting the embers and helping new wood catch fire. Within moments, you can once again enjoy a warm, glowing flame.
Finally, the SSA (Silent Sliding Ashtray) reflects Contura’s commitment to thoughtful design. With a specially engineered damping function, the ashbox glides smoothly and quietly, adding a touch of elegance to even the smallest details.
